Refund policy

 

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, payment is non-refundable. If you have changed your mind and would like to request for an exchange for a product of a similar value, please email us at sales@midorie-singapore.com. Requests will be considered on a case by case basis.

 

Damaged / Defective product(s)

Our plants are delivered to you at their optimum condition. If the plants arrived damaged due to courier mishandling, please take a photo and email us at sales@midorie-singapore.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will work out a replacement or refund for you.

Refunds & Returns
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 to 3 business days.

We will collect the damaged product(s) from your designated address.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, you may wish to contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Subsequently, you may contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@midorie-singapore.com 

Replacements & Exchanges
Upon confirmation, the replacement / exchange item(s) will be delivered to your designated address within 1 to 2 business days. We will then pick up the defective/damaged item(s) from you.
